You the landlord, the occupying tenant (if there is one) and the property will have to meet our inspection requirements and that of local jurisdiction (if there is one), Landlord and Tenant background checks are required (if your property is accepted tenant must also agree to a one-year health and safety inspection at time of lease renewal)

 

WE DO NOT except any properties older than 1980 without a Lead free certificate if you think your property is Lead free we can help you obtain a test. Subcontracting and maintenance of property will be discussed based on a property by property basis during property inspection and background checks.

 

WE DO NOT except any properties that are currently under dispute between landlord and tenant (back rent or discrepancy),  landlord and Finance Agency or utility company (disputes are foreclosures)
